PGM WithdrawalI use this platform to run EA quantitative trading. Total deposit of 2000U. First withdrawal of 1500U was processed normally. After withdrawal, account balance is 3500U (3000U profit). Then second withdrawal of 2400U was rejected by the system and deemed as irregular trading. Subsequently, I informed the platform about the EA I was running and requested the platform to provide evidence of my irregular trading data. To date, I have not received any email reply. Can I understand that the platform allows normal trading when losing, but refuses withdrawals when profitable? My current demand is for the PGM platform to allow normal withdrawal from my account. Finally, thank you to WikiFX HX platform for giving us small traders a channel to voice complaints.

The Exchange violates users' right to know and commits fraud and predatory practices to defraud users of their funds. After BitGet opened US stock trading, I wanted to try out the US stock trading process, so I deposited 6.92 USDC. In one trade, I bought a stock with the ticker symbol Gmm worth $2.96 and sold it at a loss of $2.77. I discovered my available funds were gone! After contacting customer service, they explained that if the price of the traded asset is below $5 and the number of shares traded is less than 1000, the platform fee is charged based on 1000 shares! This resulted in all my deposited funds being deducted, and I even owed the platform $0.24! My investigation revealed that the official US stock trading fee rates only show a platform fee of 0.05% * transaction amount, not the percentage of shares less than 1000 charged as customer service claimed! Furthermore, in a trade example displayed on the platform, a trade with the ticker symbol CGA, with a price below $5 and a number of shares traded less than 1000, only incurred a platform fee of $0.62! I only traded stocks worth less than $6, yet I was charged $7 in fees!

The slippage is serious every time, and the platform shirks the blame and does not pay compensationClaim compensation for slippage losses, and the platform will return my hard-earned money? , This time I can’t bear it anymore, the moving stop loss and profit stop is invalid, and there is no response to manual closing. I didn’t expect the platform’s reputation to be so bad. It’s not that the transaction was interrupted overnight, and the market opened gapped the next day. It’s a prevarication, and now I don’t even reply to emails.

I never imagined I would encounter something like this in TMGM.I never imagined I'd encounter something like this with TMGM, losing over $200,000 USD – a devastating loss. I traded precious metals and crude oil CFDs on TMGM. The US-Iran conflict caused wild fluctuations in oil prices. Through VIP information and grey market oil prices, my account profited during the Strait of Hormuz conflict. However, TMGM suddenly declared my trades problematic, refusing to pay $214,213.33 USD in profits, only offering to refund the principal. What's even more unacceptable is that TMGM hasn't provided me with clear, specific, and verifiable evidence to prove the alleged violations. My account is now frozen, and I can't withdraw the over $200,000 USD in profits. I sent TMGM evidence of my trading decisions and three formal complaint emails, requesting them to provide: which specific rules were violated; which orders were problematic; and the basis for refusing to pay profits. However, as of today, I haven't received any substantive response. What angers me most is that when I opened the account, I always believed I was trading on a brokerage platform regulated in Australia with an international brand background. Only after my withdrawal was refused did I discover that the account actually belonged to the offshore entity Trademax Global Limited. This is utterly a case of false advertising. Crucial information regarding account ownership, regulatory differences, and the scope of investor protection was not adequately disclosed in a way easily understood by Chinese-speaking users. For ordinary investors, who would have thought that everything would be normal when you're losing money, but then suddenly you're told you can't withdraw your profits when you've made over $200,000? I'm sharing this experience not to vent my emotions, but to remind all investors: before depositing funds, always confirm which entity owns your account, which regulatory body regulates it, and what kind of protection you can receive in case of disputes. If other TMGM clients have encountered similar situations, I hope we can contact each other to exchange information and jointly protect our legal rights.

EXNESS platform has not allowed withdrawals for over half a year, repeatedly deceiving with false promises.I registered an account (account number: 59758847) on the EXNESS platform in 2024, with a total deposit of 13,000 USD. Since the end of 2025, I have contacted the platform's customer service multiple times to submit large withdrawal requests. In January 2026, only one payment of 1,003 USD was successfully received; the withdrawal requests for the remaining funds have been long delayed, and I am still unable to withdraw normally. During the six-month-long process of communication and rights protection, customer service repeatedly responded perfunctorily, making continuous excuses such as account archiving and backend technical failures. On June 9, 2026, customer service gave a clear response, stating that the platform had opened a batch payment channel and promised to complete the disbursement of the remaining funds within one week. As of now, I have not received any transfer, and the platform's promise has not been fulfilled. During this period, I repeatedly applied to customer service for access to account principal, profits, deduction details, and withdrawal progress documents. The platform has deliberately evaded by citing system upgrades, refusing to provide relevant evidence, and the information is extremely opaque. Due to the platform's long-term malicious delay in disbursement, my funds have been held up for as long as half a year, causing serious exchange rate differential losses: in early January 2026, the withdrawal exchange rate was 1 USD ≈ 6.99 RMB, while the current rate is only 1 USD ≈ 6.77 RMB. Because of the platform's malicious delay in settlement, the same amount of USD exchanged into RMB has significantly depreciated, resulting in actual exchange losses. This additional economic loss is entirely caused by the platform's breach of contract and inaction. Currently, my rights protection cycle has lasted six months, and I have only received a small amount of repayment. Most of the principal has been unjustly held by the platform, causing damage to my personal property rights and interests. My demands: 1. Request EXNESS platform to expedite processing of the remaining withdrawal applications and arrange full transfer according to the current account balance; 2. Provide me with a complete written statement of account principal, profits, and all deductions; 3. Provide a formal and reasonable explanation for the repeated false disbursement promises; 4. Compensate me for the exchange loss caused by the platform's long-term delay in payment and the decline in exchange rate. I have fully preserved all supporting materials including deposit records, customer service chat logs, screenshots of official promises, withdrawal application records, and exchange rate comparison screenshots. I earnestly request the platform to intervene and mediate, urging the merchant to fulfill its payment obligations and compensate for my reasonable losses.

However, it slipped to 4479.6 before being filled. The market volatility wasn't significant at the time, but the slippage wiped out my initial position, ultimately leading to a margin call. I traded normally, but I'm unable to withdraw after making a profit. All my trades were placed independently by myself, without any multi-account linkage, third-party manipulation of prices, or arbitrage exploitation of platform rules. Since registering my account, I have only placed 31 trades. TMGM suddenly sent an email claiming I violated Article 18.5 of the Client Agreement, alleging market manipulation. How could an individual trader like myself manipulate the market? The platform has not provided any evidence of wrongdoing and has frozen my trading account and the remaining funds of USD 7543. I am now requesting platform mediation to allow me to withdraw my funds normally.

Later, it dropped, and the platform automatically closed my position at a lower price. Initially, I was making over $200, but the automatic closing caused me to lose over $300. I had also set a take-profit of $30, but it didn't trigger the stop-loss.

After submitting a request to the customer service, I've been waiting for over a week with no response.Withdrawals are not being processed, supposedly due to technical issues. Why were withdrawals working perfectly before, but suddenly there's a problem? The same verification code is incorrect the first time I enter it, and then it says it's already been used the second time... I contacted the customer service, and they just said they'd forwarded it to the technical department and then closed the chat.

What does success mean? Do I need to wait longer? Please specify exactly when I will receive the money. The system has deducted the money, but I haven't received it yet. Should the platform let customers wait foolishly like this?
