My original $1,100 was hacked. Since April this year, the backend has been blocked, my trading account archived, I haven't received any replies to emails, and the online customer service just gives positive answers but doesn't handle anything. This is a scam platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with TFX. I requested a withdrawal of $400 from my account, and instead of processing it, they disabled my account entirely without any proper explanation. I have been trying to contact their support team since, but I have not received a satisfactory response or my funds back. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and raises serious doubts about the platform's reliability and trustworthiness. I would strongly advise other traders to be cautious before depositing funds with TFX. Do your own research and read other users' experiences before trusting them with your money. Bottom line: Stay away from TFX broker until they resolve withdrawal issues transparently.🌿

I have withdrawn money from this opofinance broker on 01st August and till now the money has not reached my bank. When I contact the customer service they talk evasively. This broker seems like a fraud to me.

Guys, I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful with this platform and do not deposit any money until you are completely sure it is legitimate. Since August 7, 2026, I have been trying to withdraw my money, but I have been stuck in an endless verification loop. Every time, they ask me to complete additional verification and provide documents such as: A photo of my ID document. A selfie holding my ID document. A photo showing the Cronika platform open in the background. Proof of source of funds. Bank/card statement, proof of income, or another document showing the origin of the funds. Proof or a screenshot of my deposit. The strange part is that I provide all the requested documents, and the verification is actually approved every time. However, after the verification is approved, they come back and ask me to complete the exact same verification process and submit the same documents again, as if I had never completed the verification. On August 11, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 551.62 USDT from OTET Markets to my USDT wallet on the BSC (BEP20) network. Titan capital market company was running copy trading in the past, It was suddenly shut down and in order to introduce new tokens, they forcibly kept the investor's dollars with themselves without the permission and scammed.

My Quotex accountwas suspended after I requested a withdrawal. I completed the requested verification and submitted all available documents, but my account remains suspended and I have not received a meaningful resolution despite repeated attempts to contact support. I have also opened a case with Forex Peace Army (FPA) and submitted supporting evidence. I hope Quotex will review my case fairly and resolve this dispute.

When I first requested to withdraw my profits, I was told that because my deposit was made in cryptocurrency, I could not withdraw any profits until two months had passed. Later, my first withdrawal request for USD 900 was approved. However, when I requested to withdraw my entire balance, I was told again that it was not possible until the two-month period had passed. I withdraw 7 days before. Still not approved. Still pending. They Ask me deposit receipt. I send it. After their end no response no call no mail reply. Every day I send mail 4 times. Nothing done.

Warning based on my personal experience. They are Scammers be careful. . . I deposited USD 200 successfully, but withdrawing my funds has become a major problem. A USD 30 withdrawal resulted only in an international remittance receipt, but the funds have not reached my bank. A USD 10 Binance withdrawal worked once, but the broker refuses to process further Binance withdrawals. My new withdrawal requests remain pending/rejected, and I cannot even submit a support ticket because the system shows "Failed to Create Ticket." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this broker until it resolves these withdrawal and customer support issues.

Support tem is not responding, relationship manager is also not responding. Not picking the phone calls and not no response on email also. Totally waste of money to worknwith 20trades. No full optios are also available on meta5 while logging with 20trades account id.
