My account was blocked without payment of money. Although I did not violate anything, I simply earned money that was not paid

I want to share my personal experience with Pocket Option so that others dont fall into the same trap I deposited 600 in my account and started trading within some time I managed to grow my balance to 1400 l was excited to withdraw my profit and went to request a payout that is when the nightmare started Pocket Option forced me to complete kyc verification before withdrawal | submitted all my documents correctly but instead of approving they rejected my kyc without any valid reason I contacted support to ask why my kyc was rejected after hours of waiting instead of solving the issue they suddenly blocked my account claiming I had violated some public offer agreement I have proof with screenshots of my successful trades and balance growth the kyc rejection notice my support ticket submission and the final message showing my account was blockedunder clause 2.2 this is a classic scam tactic they let you trade and make profits but the moment you try

i never thiought i'd use my ohone for trading but this broker changed my mind. Thye offer such a simple platform that's easy to use both in pc and phone. i think not every broker offers such divesrity of device accesabilty AND at the same time simplicty. And all versions working reliably.

I think two years ago, I shifted to more stock trading, and Forex I use only when there is a clear breakout. With stocks, it's good because they are easier to predict. You can do a lot of fundamental analysis and combine it with technical aspects. Even though I still don't have huge experince, I already learned some patterns. Here at Pocket Option, it's good to have no-swaps , but at the same time, the stock selection range is not so wide. I would like to see more niche stocks - especially from Basic Materials sector

I deposited 214,360 ARS in the Pocket Option and then I regretted it, I wanted to withdraw it, a message appeared in front of me with a verification email that wouldn't let me enter the broker with a trader who was artificial intelligence and couldn't do anything with the gold.

PocketOption froze and locked my account, I couldn't log in, I still had $40 in it and I requested to process it.

Pocket option is the type of broker that integrates new features and promos every once in a while, and I like it a lot. Pocket Option offers access to a wide range of instruments. I could literally trade whatever I want. Nonetheless, I can’t say something positive about low payout rates on cryptocurrencies. I am a fully verified trader . Since March 19th, 2026, Pocket Option has been withholding my legitimate profits of $12,000.00 USD via Tether TRC-20. Despite exceeding the 3-day standard processing time, the support team only provides evasive and automated responses, claiming a 'queue' that does not exist for blockchain transactions. ACTIONS TAKEN: I have already filed a formal complaint with the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA). Case reported to Forex Peace 。 This is a clear case of withholding funds without technical justification. I will not update or remove this 1-star review until I receive a valid TXID and the funds are visible in my wallet. Be extremely careful if you plan to trade large amounts here; they fail to pay when you win

I want to report a problem with Pocket Option. I deposited about $40,000 on the platform through several card payments. Later my account was suddenly blocked and I could no longer access the platform. Because of this situation I contacted my banks and opened chargeback requests. Part of the payments were returned (about $14,000), including payments processed by UAB Walletto and other acquiring banks. However, several payments processed through Bank of Kigali were not returned. My total losses are still very significant. My Pocket Option account is currently blocked and I cannot use the service or access the platform. I request Pocket Option to review my case, explain the reason for blocking my account, and help resolve the remaining payment issues. I hope the company will respond and provide a fair solution.

At first I was trading with pocket option all by myself. The quick trading mode is good, pretty easy to learn how to trade even for beginners. However, I had issues with finding time as I was really busy working. And I’m glad that they integrated this copy trading feature inside the platform. It’s a bit risky, but there are some decent traders that are able to constantly pull off profits by the end of the month. It’s just hard to find them :D here is the tip though, look out for traders with the least amount of trades taken, but with a high win rate. Those are usually the ones that trade in disciplined way following all their rules. Not just guessing where the price would go.
