I deposited $100 into Fortrade as you can see in the proof, but after funding the account the money never showed up for trading. The platform keeps pushing me to deposit more but when it comes to using or withdrawing my money, it’s a nightmare. Capital still shows $0 even after payment confirmation. This broker is a complete scam, they just take deposits and block you from accessing your funds. Be very careful, don’t fall for their tricks.”

Over the period of 9 months, I have been called countless times. I did try their account by depositing 100$. Once I was approved the account said that there were no funds. I ended up depositing another $100 and again the account was not funded. After a lengthy back and forth, the funds appeared in my account. As far as the account itself, it cannot compete with ThinkorSwim, TradeZeroPro or even several banks that charge $9.99 per trade. Also, they will not refund my money to my credit card after telling me they would take care of it immediately. I am currently still trying to get the funds back. Never use this company if you want to see your money again...

The swap fee itself was not the problem but the way Fortrade did it was unacceptable for me. I got less than 24hrs notice that I will be charged, with full positions opened, there no way I could clear it and have to accept it. Online help was not helpful at all, just blamed it on the preprograming something. To be FAIR to traders, they they should give everyone long enough notice (15 days or so) before any policy change so that we could have enough time to change our strategy and trades.

Honestly, Fortrade’s MT4 trading platform is amazing! My trading journey here goes well due to its quick order execution and powerful charting tools, as well as EA trading.

So far, the transaction is smooth, but the spread is a bit high, and the customer service response is sometimes a little slow, aside from these, everything else is okay.

It rejected withdrawal and said the transaction volume was not enough. I thought it was a scam and I had to report it.
