Atriance to Introduce EVEST in UAE Under CMA Category 5 Licence

Atriance Financial Services L.L.C. will begin introducing EVEST to investors and business partners in the UAE through its Category 5 licence from the UAE Capital Market Authority.

The licence is held by Atriance, not EVEST. The two businesses share the same ultimate beneficial owner but operate as separate legal and operational entities.

Atriance Holds the UAE Licence

Atriance is authorised under the CMAs Category 5 framework to conduct introduction activities in the UAE.

Under the arrangement, the Dubai-based company will connect EVEST with institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and other potential business partners.

The licence does not transfer to EVEST and should not be read as a direct UAE brokerage authorisation for the trading brand.

Separate Entities Under Common Ownership

Atriance and the Atriafinancial Group entity operating the EVEST brand have common ultimate ownership, but each maintains its own management, operations and regulatory structure.

This distinction is relevant when reviewing the group‘s regulatory position. The UAE activity is being carried out through Atriance within the scope of its Category 5 permission, while EVEST’s trading services remain tied to separately regulated entities.

UAE Activity Focused on Introductions

The current arrangement is centred on business introductions rather than local execution or custody.

Atriance will act as the regulated UAE contact for permitted introduction activities, while any trading services remain subject to the authorisation of the relevant EVEST operating entity.
