I haven't received my commission from your platform, which was normal before. I'm an IB (Introducing Broker) account holder, and now I'm not getting any rebates on my own trades. My agent's backend shows 0, not a single cent. Does your platform now deduct rebates from even trades? Or does my account manager have the authority to cheat me?
