Unable to withdraw and capital not remitted.

Hello, I initiated a withdrawal of $200 on the 26th of March but the withdrawal was rejected by IPC and the funds were not returned to my trading account. It is almost 3 weeks since then and nothing. Secondly, all my trading profits for the past 3 weeks are not reflected on my USDT account. this is now looking like theft and a scam. Please IPC should return my dues, this is getting ridiculous and sad. for the past weeks we've been promised a lot but I am tired of waiting. Thirdly, moving people's accounts to master C Bot without their permission and locking funds for 3 months is unacceptable and a breach of contract.
